Background
The Main Line School of Real Estate is an approved provider on the Pennsylvania Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL). To be included on the ETPL, a training provider must satisfy the minimum program performance requirements established under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
WIOA
The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) is "landmark legislation that is designed to strengthen and improve our nation's public workforce system and help get Americans, including youth and those with significant barriers to employment, into high-quality jobs and careers and help employers hire and retain skilled workers". The United States Department of Labor (DOL) in partnership with the Departments of Education (ED) and Health and Human Services (HHS) provide information and resources for States to administer the WIOA at the local level. CareerLink PA
Launched in July, 2012, PA CareerLink® is part of the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry’s initiative to transform the landscape of how job-seekers find family sustaining jobs and how employers find the skilled candidates that they need. Interested individuals must contact the local county CareerLink® office to determine program eligibility requirements.
If a candidate is determined to be eligible for this workforce development funding program, the entire cost of attending our 75-Hour PA Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Licensing Program is paid through CareerLink®. Approved individuals pay nothing.
The Bureau of Workforce Partnership and Operations (BWPO) certified the 75-Hour PA Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Licensing Program through June 30, 2021.
