POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Pennsylvania Code §35.355 requires Real Estate Education Providers to provide prospective students with the following information:

1. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Prospective students are expected to confirm that they meet the necessary requirements to get a Real Estate Salesperson License prior to enrolling in our pre-licensing program. CLICK HERE to visit the PA Real Estate Commission site.

3. TUITION SCHEDULE & FEES

Tuition costs are contained on the enrollment page of each course. .

4. REFUND POLICIES

Refund Policy - In-Person Classes

If a session is cancelled by the Main Line School of Real Estate due to low-enrollment, or for any other reason, a full refund (in the original form of payment) will be issued within 14 Business Days.

Refund Policy - Everything Else

Except for the aforementioned Refund Policies, The Main Line School of Real Estate does not issue any Refunds.
Emergency Circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of The Main Line School of Real Estate Director.

5. COMPLETION INSTRUCTIONS

6. RECRUITMENT

§ 35.354. Prohibited forms of advertising and solicitation: No recruiting for employment opportunities for any real estate brokerage firm is allowed in this class.
