PA Code Title 49 Chapter 35.271 authorizes colleges or universities to offer Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing courses.
In 2018, our Founder and Lead Instructor, Ayisha Sereni, combined two decades of real estate industry experience with a decade of online teaching experience to create the first and only 100% ONLINE 240-Hour Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing Program. In addition to designing the curriculum, Ayisha serves as the Lead Instructor.
Accessibility has been a long-time problem that Ayisha first noticed in 1997 while working towards her own Broker License. This program is a result of Ayisha's keen understanding of the scheduling challenges that agents face - attempting to complete 240-hours of in-person instruction while managing a busy real estate career.
